These great little crackers will soon become a favorite. We bake them till they are light and crisp. We season with artesian salt from a great little organic salt company in West Virginia. We use freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese and you can taste it in every bite.  We give a generous 4.5 ounces in every order.
